Tim is amazing. I purchased a duplex with him as my representative. He was accommodating to my hectic work schedule and made meeting up with him easy. For almost a year I was on multiple sites throughout the week looking for properties and Tim brought me my dream property before it listed shortly after I asked him to represent me. The seller and I both were interested in a quick escrow and Tim made everything happen in less than 30 days. He went to the hardware store and touched up stuff so it would present well during the appraisal. He made every appointment easy for the inspector, sewer inspection and appraiser.
